Composition: A single-function speed measuring instrument consists of a speed measuring unit, an operating unit, etc. The compound function speed measuring instrument should be composed of a speed measuring unit, an image acquisition unit and an image processing unit.

Appearance: The outer surface of each part should be smooth and smooth, and there should be no dents, scratches, cracks and deformation that affect the use. The surface of the metal casing should have anti-rust and anti-corrosion coatings, and the metal parts should not be rusted.

Nameplate and logo: The nameplate and logo should be fixed in the eye-catching position of the speedometer host or main components, and can be stored permanently. The nameplate should at least indicate the manufacturer's name, trademark, and the unique number of the host or main components. The label shall indicate the conditions of use of the speedometer, including: speed range, measurement angle and measurement area.

Basic functions: Single-function tachometer should have speed measurement, speed limit setting, overspeed alarm and reading lock function. The compound function tachometer shall have the functions of speed measurement, speed limit setting, overspeed alarm, image acquisition and processing.

Electrical components: The rated voltage of the power supply should be: AC 220V 50HZ or DC 12V, DC 24V, DC 36V. The speedometer should have an independent power control switch. The speedometer should be equipped with overload, reverse power connection (when the power supply is DC) and short-circuit protection devices to protect the internal circuit. The speedometer with the rated voltage of AC 220V, 50HZ should have lightning protection measures.

Speed measurement range: static speed measurement: general highway speedometers should meet at least 20km/h-120km/h; highway speedometers should meet at least 20KM/H-180KM/H.

Road actual measurement error: install the standard speed meter on the measuring vehicle. During the test, the measuring vehicle used the speed points near 20km/h, 60km/h, 90km/h and 120km/h (the general road has a speedometer) or 20km/h, 60km/h, 90km/h and 120km/h, 150km. When driving at a speed point near /h and above 150km/h (speedometer for expressway), compare the speed measurement value of the speedometer with the speed standard value of the standard speedometer, and calculate the speed measurement error. The speedometer is under the marked use conditions: when the vehicle speed is less than 100km/h, the road measurement error should not exceed 100km/h, and the road measurement error should not exceed -6km/h-0km/h; when the vehicle speed is greater than When it is equal to 100km/h, the measured error on the road should not exceed -6km/h-0km/h of the vehicle speed.

Correspondence of speed image: Under the marked use conditions of the speedometer, the motor vehicle reflected in the collected image and the motor vehicle under test should be the same vehicle.

Response time: The response time of the speedometer should not be greater than 0.5S.

Speeding vehicle capture rate: the speeding vehicle capture rate of the speedometer should not be less than 90%

Image recording requirements: The image files collected by the speedometer should be in JPEG format and have anti-tampering function. The image resolution should not be less than 720*288 pixels; the image should be able to show the characteristics of the vehicle type, and the resolution should be able to meet the requirements of manual control of the vehicle. Requirement for license plate number recognition. Each image should include: time (year, month, day, hour, minute, second), location, road section speed limit value, vehicle speed measurement value and other information. If there are two or more images in the speed record of the speedometer, all the images should be combined into one file.

Timing error: The 24h timing error of the tachometer should not exceed 1 S.

Power adaptability: When the rated power supply is DC12V, adjust the power supply to 16.0V and 10.8V respectively, and work for 1h each, and the tachometer should be able to work normally.

Electrostatic discharge immunity: The tachometer is energized and works normally, and the chassis is grounded according to the requirements of use. The test configuration should meet the requirements of GB/T17626.2. The discharge point is selected as the surface that is easily touched by the operator during normal use of the speedometer for discharge test. The test rate is 2S discharge once, and each discharge point should discharge 10 times of positive polarity and negative polarity. The test level is level 2. There should be no electrical failure during and after the test, and the test result evaluation should meet the requirements of Grade B in the GB/T17626 series of standards.

High temperature work: Put the tachometer into a high temperature test box and work continuously for 24 hours at a temperature of 60℃±2℃. There should be no electrical failure during and after the test, the appearance should not be obviously deformed, and the function should remain normal.

Low temperature work: Put the tachometer into a high temperature test box and work continuously for 24 hours at a temperature of -20°C ± 2°C. There should be no electrical failure during and after the test, the appearance should not be significantly deformed, and the function should remain normal.

Constant heat and humidity: Put the speedometer into the test box, keep it for 24 hours in an environment with a temperature of 40℃±2℃' relative temperature of 90%-95%, and then turn on the power to work for 24 hours. There should be nothing during and after the test Electrical failure, there should be no obvious deformation in appearance, and the function should remain normal. The insulation resistance should not be less than 5MΩ.

Vibration: Install the unpowered tachometer on the vibration test bench according to the working position, and conduct the fixed frequency vibration test in the front and back, left and right, and up and down directions. The vibration frequency is 33HZ±0.66HZ, and the vibration acceleration value is 9.8/S2, each direction Continue to vibrate for 2H. After the test, the speedometer should be free from permanent structural deformation and power failure; parts should be free from damage; fasteners should be free from loosening; connectors should not fall off or have poor contact, and the function should remain normal.

Shock: Install the unpowered tachometer on the vibration test bench according to the working position, and perform three half-sine wave pulse shock tests with a peak acceleration of 98m/s2 and a pulse duration of 11ms in the front, back, left and right, and up and down directions. After the test, the speedometer should be free from permanent structural deformation and power failure; parts should be free from damage; fasteners should be free from loosening; connectors should not fall off or have poor contact, and the function should remain normal.
