The non-disintegration flaw detector is a non-disintegration non-destructive testing instrument specially designed for automobile maintenance factories and automobile teams. It can directly perform non-destructive testing on the surface of vulnerable metal parts without disassembling the auto parts. For cracks, stress corrosion cracks, etc., the cracks are indicated by "sound" and "light" alarms, and the degree of cracks is indicated by the meter. So that the maintenance personnel can find and eliminate hidden dangers in time to ensure the safe driving of the car.
It is used to detect whether there are welding, changes, etc. in the marking area of the VIN code of a motor vehicle. The scanning thickness range: 0mm-50mm.
1. Material range: conductivity 0.5-60m/Qmm
2. Sensitivity: It can detect shallow 50μm traces on the smooth metal surface.
3. Edge effect: the distance between the probe and the edge is more than 6mm, no effect.
4. Power supply: The instrument has its own battery, which can be used continuously for 6 hours after being fully charged.
5. Indication mode: "sound" and "light" determine the location of the crack, and the needle indicates the depth of the crack.
6. Working environment temperature: -10℃～+40℃
