Complete system architecture: This machine uses a large LCD screen, comes with a keyboard, and is directly connected to a label printer to form a complete system. User information input can be completed independently without a computer and host computer software, and a complete degaussing record can be formed with real-time degaussing information, which is stored in the machine's memory and can be printed with a label printer at any time.

Accurate voltage setting: The degaussing voltage of this machine is set by a high-precision hardware circuit. The setting value is calibrated before leaving the factory, the error is less than 0.1%, and the fluctuation is less than 0.05%.

Real-time voltage detection: The charging voltage of the machine is sent to the ARM processor through the voltage detection unit, and it is displayed in real time during the charging process, so that the user can instantly understand the current charging situation. When the degaussing starts, the ARM processor locks the degaussing voltage.

Real-time field strength monitoring: This machine has a built-in peak magnetic field detector (patent applied for), when the degaussing magnetic field is generated, it automatically captures the degaussing field strength value, which is monitored by the ARM processor.

Abnormal situation alarm: through the degaussing voltage set by the hardware, the degaussing voltage locked by the ARM processor, and the degaussing field strength monitored by the ARM processor, these three sets of checkpoints make each degaussing accurate and reliable. When an abnormal situation occurs: for example, the power supply voltage is lower than 190V, the charging and discharging circuit components are aging, etc., which make the degaussing voltage not reach the set value or the demagnetizing field is not strong enough, there will be an alarm display on the LCD interface.

Perfect safety protection: When there is a sudden power failure during the charging process, the system will generate an automatic discharge command. When the discharge control circuit fails, a forced discharge button and indicator light are installed on the rear panel of the machine to remind, and the forced discharge can be manually forced. This machine adopts a two-pronged combination of metal chassis and internal shielding to prevent leakage of magnetic field to the greatest extent and ensure the safety of operators.
